Champak, played by Paresh Rawal is the director of a theatre group is going to perform in London, and Babla, played by Govinda and Bunty, played by Akshay Kumar are two of his actors who always flirt and cause commotion during the play. Due to their behavior the play actress runs away. The organizer tells the team who ever gets a new actress will be the play’s hero. Bunty and Babla ask a local taxi driver who misinterprets it for a prostitute and takes them to park.
They are then introduced to the underworld who has misunderstood their need for a heroine as need for ‘Heroin’. They are arrested by the cops but later released. They then meet Munni, played by Lara Dutta who tries to commit suicide and saved by Bunty. He then convinces her to be the play’s heroine. Later it is learnt that Munni is actually Nisha Chauhan wife of Vikram who has suicidal tendencies. It is later revealed that her real name is Aditi and she is not Vikram’s wife but pretending to be his wife.
Later when they are attacked by commissioner Mehra who wants to kill Aditi for helping Vikram in the murder of his wife Nisha, they all survive. The movie is directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Sunil Shetty and Dhillin Mehta. The music is composed by Pritam.
