Jagraj is a ruthless gangster and wants to create communal tension in India. He thus sends his aid Goga to do the same and create tension between Hindu and Muslims. Raghu is one of the men assigned by Jagraj, but he is devastated to know that due to the communal riots, his own child was killed. He feels guilty about doing what he did. While ex freedom fighter Pir Saheb urges people to live in harmony and stop the blood shed, Raghu comes to him and tells him that the riots have been pre planned. Raghu also discloses that Pir Saheb’s close aid Mahadeb is involved with Jagraj in doing so too. Raghu gives him a important file before committing suicide. Reading it, Pir Saheb is shocked and questions Mahadeb. While he is trying to get a confession out of Mahadeb, Jagraj’s henchman kills Pir Saheb. He has now sent Veeru and Akbar to retrieve the file anyhow.
The movie is directed by Sikander Bharti and produced by Pahlaj Nihalani. The music is composed by Adesh Shrivastava and the lyrics are written by Indeevar. The star cast includes Manik Bedi, Samrat, Ritu Shivpuri, Megha, Gulshan Grover, Shakti Kapoor, Prem Chopra, Mithilesh Chaturvedi, Rakesh Bedi, Pramod Moutho, Kanu Gill, Yunus Perwaiz, Mushtaq Khan, Sharat Saxena, Vikas Anand, Ram Mohan, Mac Mohan and Akshay Khanna.
