Prof. Ajay Saxena comes to the city in search of a lucrative career and begins working as a college professor. He is honest and hard working and his juniors and seniors respect him. One day he humiliates a college student named Jaggi for his indecent behavior. Jaggi is unfortunately the nephew of drug lords Ramniklal and Mahesh Shah. He is also supported by the mafia don named DayaPatil. Jaggi takes his revenge on Ajay by getting his landlady’s son addicted to drugs and killing him with overdose. His landlady too is murdered. Ajay is horrified by the extent of violence.
A reporter named Satyajeet helps Ajay in finding out who are the culprits responsible for the violence. However he too is sadly murdered. His sister Kavita is molested publicly. That is when Ajay decides enough is enough and starts taking revenge on DayaPatil and his gang by slaughtering them one by one. He is eventually arrested and given life imprisonment sentence.
The film is directed by Gautam Adhikari and produced by Markand Adhikari. The music is composed by Jatin Lalit and the lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar. The star cast includes Jeetendra,Rahul Roy, Mamta Kulkarni,DeepaSahi, Suresh Oberoi,Mohan Joshi,Navin Nischol,Ajit Vachani,Mahavir Shah,Johny Lever,Siddharth Kankeria,Anant Mahadevan,Homi Wadia, Rohini Hattangadi and Jamuna.
