Neena comes to Bombay after her schooling from a boarding school. She lives with her mother Gangabai who wants her to get married to Rana a pop singer. Gangabai accepts his proposal and tells Neena, but the latter is in love with Arun. Later Rana comes to know that Gangabai was a prostitute and thinks Neena is also one and walks out of their life. Arun and she get married and turns out Rana is his close friend. When he
comes to know that he has married Neena he reveals the truth about her and proves that she is a call girl. This creates a rift between Neena and Arun. Soon her father comes into the picture and clears all doubts. But it is too late as Neena and her mother have been kidnapped by a brothel owner and want a hefty ransom. The film is directed by Harsh Kohli and produced by Kumar Bhutani. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri.
