Dev Sharma, played by Sunny Deol lives a middle class lifestyle with his family that comprises of his wife Aarti, played by Priyanka Chopra, mother, played by Farida Jalal, brother Imran and sister Anjali. The home minster’s son seduces Anjali and wants to have her at any cost but she refuses. He then has acid thrown on her face when he is faced with rejection. Dev is enraged at seeing his sister’s plight and in a fit of rage goes and kills the minister’s son. He then secures enough money to get plastic surgery done on Anjali’s face.
People in Delhi now fear Dev and his men. The Prime Minister too asks the home minister to give his resignation and relocate elsewhere. Meanwhile Dev’s family too moves elsewhere and also change their last name. Meanwhile Dev and his men drive an autorickshaw and make a living and Anjali and her brother continue with their education.
The movie is directed by Guddu Dhanoa and produced by Ninth Jan Jeet Entertainment. The music is composed by Sandesh Shandilya and Anand Raj Anand.
