Shankar, played by Mithun Chakraborthy gets a job as a coolie in Rampur and works hard. He gets the lucky number of Billa No 786. Before his mother’s death, he had promised her that he will marry her friend’s daughter. Shankar is respected in the locality he stays and becomes a messiah of the place. However Dhankeshwar dislikes Shankar’s guts and wants to get rid of him and thus thinks of many ways to get him arrested or trapped. He meanwhile meets the wealthy Pinky Singh and falls in love with her. After many initial refusals she too starts to like him and they decide to get married.
Meanwhile Dhankeshwar’s evil plans are put into work and Shankar falls in his trap. He gets a life long sentence and now has the humongous job of defending himself and proving his innocence. The movie is directed by Imran Khalid and produced by Shalim Khan and Manisha. The star cast includes Siddharth Dhawan, Mohan Joshi, Siddharth Dhawan, Kader Khan, Tej Sapru, Adi Irani, shiva, Anil Nagrath, Gajendra Chauhan, Vinod Tripathi, Harish Patel, Kavita, Zubeida and Bobby Salini. The music is composed by Luv Kush and the lyrics are written by Vinay Bihari.
