In Anandpur, Punjab, Bittoo, played by Pulkit Samrat is a fun-loving and happy-go-lucky guy. He lives his life on his own terms and enjoys every moment of whatever he does. He works as a wedding videographer and enjoys shooting beautiful girls as well as the precious moments that make a marriage worthwhile. He then keeps admiring his own videos and feels proud of his creations. He however has no concept of saving or investing his money into something good that will last him for his bright future.

At one of the weddings that he is working at, he happens to meet a vivacious and cheerful girl called Mrinalini, played by Amita Pathak and falls in love with her charm and independence. After several attempts to woo her, she finally notices him. They become friends and eventually start to fall in love but she makes him realize that he is not making enough money to spend for a future wedding and that he needs to get a better job. Bittoo then thinks of taking a shortcut to make more money. He plans to put a spy camera in the rooms of suhaagrat  couples and makes money. His plan works and he makes goos money but morally he knows it isn’t the right way of making money.
