Prem, played by Salman Khan is married to the love of his wife Pooja, played by Karisma Kapoor. They have two beautiful children. One day a beautiful and vivacious model named Rupali, played by Susuhmita Sen, comes into Prem’s office for work. He is instantly attracted to her beauty and innocence. Slowly he moves in with her without the knowledge of his wife. Prem plans a long vacation with Rupali in Switzerland and lies to Pooja that he is going on a business trip. His friend Lakhan, played by Anil Kapoor catches him at the airport and Prem is stunned. He tries to hide Rupali’s identity. Slowly Lakhan realizes that Prem is having an affair with Rupali. He tells Pooja who tries every way to win him back and is finally successful. Prem too realizes his fault and comes abck to his wife and children.
The movie is directed by David Dhawanand produced by Vashu Bhagnani. The star cast includes Tabu, Shashi Kiran, Master Shahrukh, Master Varun, Rajiv Verma, Kanu Gill, Saif Ali Khan, Himani Shivpuri, Baby Karishma and Guddi Maruti. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by Sameer, Sukhwinder Singh and Dev Kohli.
