The city of Bombay is terrorized by two notorious dons, named Baba and Kaka. They both have divided Bombay into two parts and each of them carry out their illegal activities and crimes in that respective half. People are afraid of them as they eliminate anyone who come in their way. As the two dons grow older, they decide to pass on their legacy of crime and ruthlessness to their sons. Over a period of time their sons also get a hang of the business and spread their rein of terror over the city.
As the sons get into the criminal activities, they become staunch enemies of each other. They want to outdo each other at every point and be better than the other. Although their fathers remain good friends even today they have no idea how the sons have ended up hating each other so much. The movie is directed by Anees Rana and produced by Umesh Sharma. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the cinematography is done by B Laxman. The star cast includes Arjun Tapar, Tinnu Anand, Goga Kapoor, Umesh Sharma, Ankita Jhaas, Anant Jog, Raza Murad, Bharat Kapoor, Santosh Singh, Vijay Sonlanki, Anant Mahadevan, Sulbha Deshpande and Satnam Kaur.
