Shankar, played by Shreyas Talpade is a small time goon who has made the grave mistake of stealing from a dreaded mafia don, played by Naseeruddin Shah. He is now desperately searching for Shankar to get his money back and eliminate him. Shankar frantically joins a team of doctors pretending to be one himself and heads to Bangkok. To his shock, Shankar now realizes that he has lost the bag of money in all the confusion.
On reaching Bangkok, Shankar meets a beautiful Thai girl called Jasmine and is besotted by her. However, since she is a local, she cant speak Shankar’s language and he cant speak hers so there is more chaos. One day she turns up looking for a doctor and Shankar jumps at the opportunity. He tries his best to help her but then he realizes that the don is still looking for him and he must escape him at all costs.
The movie is directed by Nagesh Kukunoor and produced by Elahe Hiptoola and Rahul Puri. The music is composed by Salim-Sulaiman. The cinematography is by Sudeep Chatterjee.
