Satyakant, played by Mithun Chakraborty has two sons, Surya, played by Akshay Kumar and Shiv, played Shiv Pandit. As a child Surya picks a fight at school with another boy and things go horribly wrong where Surya ends up killing the boy. His father disowns him after that and raises Shiv as his only child. Surya grows up and is brought up by a businessman called Big Boss whose life he had saved. Surya then starts to call himself ‘Boss’.

 

Shiv falls in love with a girl called Ankita, played by Aditi Rao Hydari from his college. Ankita is the sister of a corrupt police officer Ayushman and is friends with a corrupt minister. The minister suggests that Ayushman get his sister married to his son. On finding out about her affair with Shiv he gets him arrested and falsely accuses of crimes he hasn’t committed.  

 

Later Satyakant goes to Boss (Surya) his son for help with no other hope in sight. Boss helps Shiv escape prison. The minister then sends his henchmen to capture Boss and take him to Ayushman’s farmhouse. Boss then gets Shiv and Ankita married while goons attack his father. Surya kills the goons saving his father and brother. It is revealed that Boss didn’t kill his classmate as a child it was an accident. Later Satyakant is gravely injured in an accident and after he recovers the three unite.

 

The movie is directed by Anthony D’Souza and produced by Ashwin Varde, Viacom 18 and Cape Of Good Films. The music is composed by Meet Bros Anjan Ankit and Yo Yo Honey Singh.
