Laxmikanth, played by Anupam Kher is one of India’s richest men. His story is literally of rags to riches and whatever he has earned is all self made with hard work and determination. His story is famous for being a person selling scrap to becoming a construction mogul. His company is on the verge of making a Rs 5000 crores IPO and this will automatically make them the largest companies in the country. His entire family, which includes his sister, two sons, their wives, two daughters, etc are imagining what all they can do with so much money in hand.
Unfortunately fate has other plans for the family. A night before the IPO is to open, Laxmikanth dies while making love to a young starlet Kim. She was to star in a movie he was planning to produce. His family is devastated, not so much about losing Laxmikanth but because people might not buy the company shares anymore. So the family hatches a plan to keep his death a guarded secret for two days till the shares get sold out. However something or the other keeps happening and the family isn’t able to announce his death on time causing more confusion.
The movie is directed by Rahul Rawail and produced by Rohit Kumar, Sunil Lulla and Rahul Rawail. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the cinematography is by Suhass Gujarathi.
