Sidhu, played by Akshay Kumar is fed up of his life going nowhere. Currently he is chopping vegetables at a shop in Delhi and living a very hand to mouth existence. Few chinese people visit his community and when they see him they are shocked. They tell Sidhu that he is a reincarnated Chinese warrior and must come with them to fight some evil people. Thanks to a dubious translator, he is under the impression that he will live a luxurious life of a king.
On arriving in China, Sidhu meets Sakhi, played by Deepika Padukone, who is an Indian Chinese supermodel. Her twin sister Suzy works for dreaded gangster Hojo. He humiliates and beats up Sidhu, who vows revenge. He is trained by Suzy and Sakhi’s father Chiang in Kung Fu. Using his techniques, Sidhu finally kills Hojo. Later Sidhu happily opens a vegetable stall but he is assigned an important mission.
The movie is directed by Nikkhil Advani and produced by Rohan, Ramesh Sippy and Mukesh Talreja. The music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Kailash Kher, Bappi Lahiri and Bohemia.
