Ravi lives a humble life-style with his mother, father, brother, sister and his step brother. Their mother Durga wants her sons to marry rich girls so they can bring a lot of dowry and they can live comfortably. However this doesn’t happen as all her sons marry girls from poor or less fortunate families. Ravi too marries Radha who is from a poor background and doesn’t bring a penny after her marriage. Ravi soon leaves for the city in search of a lucrative career. One day things turn for the worse when Ravi gets a letter from his mother saying that Radha is not behaving well with her and the family. This shocks Ravi and he comesback home and shouts and slaps Radha. Later things will take a drastic turn when Ravi finds out why his wife really is behaving the way she is.
The movie is directed by M M Baig and produced by Vijay Upadhyay. The music is composed by Nadeem Shravan and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The star cast includes Deepak Tijori, Shilpa Shirodkar, Kader Khan, Ajit Vachani, Avtar Gill,Anant Mahadevan, Tiku Talsania, Bindu,Sushmita Mukherjee, Beena Banerjee and Kanika.
