Chiman Bhai is an extremely stingy man and is the owner of a chawl area. His tenants have a tough time while paying the rent since he doesn't even spare a single dime. In a comical tale of events, his brother-in-law, Prabhu, tries various tricks to take money from Chiman. However, there is suspense at the end that takes everyone by surprise.
