In Delhi, petty crimes and thefts have increased over time and this movie deals with this issue as its central theme. Shukla, played by Avtar Sahni, runs an undercover agency in the pretext of a photo studio that hires small time thieves and robbers to work for him. One of the young robbers Satbir, is fed up of the life of crime and wants to live a normal and peaceful life but doesn’t have the means to do so.
While working in a mall, Satbir meets a young pretty girl called Neena and tries to impress her. The other thieves notice the attraction he has for Neena and steal her purse at the mall. Satbir gets it back and hands it to Neena. Surprised at knowing that Satbir knows these robbers personally, asks to witness the action herself and how they operate. Satbir is in a dilemma at letting an outsider get in on the working of their gang.
Too besotted by her charm he agrees but little does he know that Neena is an investigative crime reporter at a TV station and she records his statements and shows it on her TV show that night. Satbir has to bear the brunt of his mistakes and face public humiliation and exposure of his entire gang. He assures Shukla that the next episode will not be aired on TV.
The gang breaks into the TV station and steal the recording of the episodes and puts in extra recordings making it look like a reality show with fake characters robbing and then at the end returning the items and calls the show ‘Chor Chor Super Chor’. They later rob the TV manager of his car and return it to him later and meet him outside the TV station, claiming to be a TV crew. They request the manager to air their show and he obliges. The show becomes a huge hit and Neena gets fired from her job for creating a bogus news.
The movie is directed by K. Rajesh and produced by Ved Kataria and Renu Kataria. The music is composed by Mangesh Dhakde.
