Dr. Ajay is a reputed and respected specialist. When he witnesses the death of a patient due to her family’s inability to pay for her surgery, he decides to cancel his migration to the US and use that money to built a charitable hospital where the poor can get treatment for free. He becomes much more respected and admired for his efforts. Meanwhile two women namely Shweta and Ramya fall in love with him. He is in love with Shweta and marries her breaking Ramya’s heart who is a police inspector. Shweta then becomes pregnant. Meanwhile Shweta discovers that there is an illegal trade of organ smuggling and tells Ramya, however the perpetrators come to know and kill Shweta. Her body is found by the cops and the blame goes on Ajay, for which he is arrested.
Ajay is then framed for killing his wife for her money. He is sentenced to death. On the way to the prison, the police car meets with an accident and Ajay escapes. He then changes his apppearnce and goes to Ramya’s house to tell her the truth. Soon they find the real killers and Ajay is proved innocent. The movie is directed and produced by Mahesh Bhatt. The music is composed by M M Kareem and the lyrics are written by Indeevar. The star cast includes Nagaarjuna, Manisha Koirala, Ramya Singh, Gulshan Grover, Ajit, Zaheer, Gurbachan, Beena Banerjee and Trishna.
