Inspector Arjun is a brave and honest police officer, keeping the law and order of the city intact. His brothers Bhishma lives with his mother in the village, while Suraj lives with him. Suraj gets a job at a poultry farm in the city and soon discovers that beneath the business of the poultry farm an illegal drugs business has been flourishing. He wants his brother to know about this but it is too late and he gets killed by the owners. The gangster Dhaman who owns the business, decides to each Arjun and Bhishma a lesson by splitting the brothers over property disputes. He then frames Bhishma in the murder of Suraj.
The two brothers start to become enemies of each other and the gangsters enjoy watching the warring brothers. However when the misunderstanding is cleared, the brothers unite to destroy the gangsters empire. The movie is directed by Sunil Agnihotri and produced by Nitin Raj Aryadath. The music is composed by Jatin Lalit and the lyrics are written by Vinod Mahendra and Rani Malik. The star cast includes Naseeruddin Shah, Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Divya Dutta, Akshay Anand, Mohan Joshi, Tinu Anand, Paintal, Deepak Shirke, Rajendra Gupta, Goga Kapoor, Brahmachari, Yudhveer Singh, Yogendra Singh and Ashalata.
