Devraj is a simple and honest man, who comes to Mumbai for a better life and job opportunities. One night he goes out with his wife and sister to have some food but things take a turn for the worse when he witnesses a crime scene. He sees a goon shooting a don and runs away. Devraj being a kind man takes the don to the hospital and saves his life. The don then impressed with Devraj, asks him to join his gang. Soon Devraj becomes a part of his gang and becomes an important part of the Mumbai underworld. The other criminals fear him and dare not cross his path. Soon Devraj transforms into Dada and his entire life changes for the worse. He will never be the same again.
The movie is directed by T L V Prasad and produced by Mahendra Dhariwal. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Dalip Tahil, Ishrat Ali, Rami Reddy, Deepak Shirke, Jay Thakur, Suresh Singh, Arjun, Prithvi, Manvi Goswami, Swarti, Urmi Negi and Shivangi Choudhary. The music is composed by Ghulam Ali.
