Barkha is born and brought up in a humble home where her father Lal Singh is a poor farmer. They are honest and hardworking. One day the family is shocked to know that Singh is in fact a dreaded dacoit. He never confronts his family about this and one day suddenly leaves them to their own defenses and vanishes as the cops are high on his trail. This puts Barkha and her family is grave trouble. The family struggles to even eat one decent meal in a day as the people have ostracized them and the government has seized away their land and crops. Barkha’s mother is unable to take this shock and humiliation and dies.
Barkha is then raped by a henchmen sent by the crooked moneylender. She is now vengeful and has no way out then to become a dacoit herself. She now extracts revenge on all who did her wrong and kills them all one by one. The film is directed by Reetu Raj and produced by Mohan T Gehani. The music is composed by Anwar Usman. The star cast includes Roshnin, Krishna, Puneet Issar, Kajal Kiran, Babban, Surendra Pal, Shakti Kapoor and Kader Khan.
