Sharad Sule watches the live telecast of Miss Universe beauty pageant on his television. He is surprised to see India’s Sushmita Sen win the title of Miss Universe. He pauses the button and admires her beauty. He becomes obsessed with her face and beauty and tries to locate her. He sees her and starts following her every move. One day he confronts her and asks for an autograph on the palm of his hand, but she flatly refuses. This clicks something in Sharad and he becomes aggressive.
Sushmita has no idea that the man she just refused an autograph to, will make her life a living hell. He confesses his love to her but she rejects him. Not willing to give up at any cost, Sharad then kidnaps Sushmita and keeps her in confinement and expresses how he is the only one for her, and the one who loves her the most in the world. The movie is directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. The music is composed by Rajesh Roshan and the lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar. The star cast includes Sharad Kapoor, Mukul Dev, Sushmita Sen, Sunil Dhawan,Tiku Talsania, Bhavan Dutta, Vishwajeet Pradhan and Manoj Bajpai.
