Amar Kaul, played by Vinay Pathak is a docile and simple man. He lives a very peaceful life not interfering with anyone. He is so uninvolved that people sometimes forget that he exists. One fine day he goes to see his doctor for a routine checkup and is shocked to learn that he has stomach cancer and will only live for 3 months. Amar is devastated with the news and decides to fulfill his every wish before he says goodbye to the world.
Amar begins making a list of all the things he ever wanted to do in his life starting from buying a red car, taking a world tour, playing the guitar, confessing his love to his childhood crush, telling his mother of his condition, visit his old friend Rajiv, experience romance, have his photo published in the newspaper and reunite with his estranged brother.
Amar lives his life to the fullest in the last three months and also leaves a parting gift for all his family and friends, which will leave them with good memories of him. The movie is directed by Shashant Shah and produced by Guneet Monga, Vinay Pathak and Azam Khan. The music is composed by Kailash Kher.
