After Sunil settles in the US, he falls in love with an American girl and marries her. He leaves his father back with a faithful servant Shambhu, to look after him. However Sunil realizes that he wants to meet his father and comes back after 15 years. He is then shocked to see that his house if locked and there is no sign of his aged father anywhere. Assuming his father might be in an old age home he goes in search of his father. After searching in a few places, he reaches an old age home where he gets some devastating news that his father died a few months back.
Sunil then meets his father’s friend and inmate Satya Babu, who is also very old and tells Sunil about the last few days of his father. Sunil is grief and guilt striken. He then requests Satya Babu to come along with him, as he would like to be adopted by him as a son. He urges the old man to join him back to the US. The movie is directed by Gul Bahar Singh and produced by NFDC. The screenplay is written by Subbir Mukherjee and Partha Banerjee. The cinematography is by Sunirmal Mazumdar. The star cast includes Rajit Kapoor, Anjan Srivastav and A K Hangal.
