Natasha, played by Rimi Sen lives in UAE with her disabled brother Gullu, played by Rakesh Bedi and aunt Sweety, played by Supriya Pilgaonkar. She is in love with Raj, played by Aftab Shivdasani but her handicapped friend Sanju, played by Suniel Shetty warns her as he is a drug smuggler. She then moves on and happens to meet Rocky, who claims to be an architech but later reveals himself to be a Naval Officer. Natasha is pleasantly surprised when her college friend Karan, played by Shahid Kapoor enters her life. Rocky, Sanju and her friend Tommy hate Karan.
Another college friend of Natasha called Sunny is also besotted by her. Only Sunny and Karan know that Natasha’s real name is Tanya, which she was called when staying in Bombay. She subsequently re-located in UAE and changed her name to Natasha to hide her identity from an underworld don. She is sought after by an underworld don as she has been a witness in a murder. Now she has to save herself before the mafia don closes in on her.
The movie is directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Foroz Nadiadwala. The cinematography is done by Pravin Bhatt and The editing is done by Diwakar P Bhonsle and Virendra Gharse.
