Adi, played by Arshad Warsi, Roy, played by Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman, played by Aashish Chaudhary and Manav, played by Javed Jaffrey are friends who are up to no good most times. They get kicked out by their landlady for non-payment of rent and are dejected. They are now looking for an easy way to make lots of money, thus Adi suggests that Manav steal a painting from the landlady’s house and sell it to a businessman named Dwivedi. However, they get a blank canvas by mistake and still manage to sell it for Rs 20,000. They later sell the original painting to Aggarwal, who later they learn has been murdered.
Inspector Kulkarni arrests the four on suspicion of the murder, but later lets them go as he feels they are innocent. Later the four friends witness Don Bose’s accidental death, where before dying he tells them of a treasure worth Rs 10 crores hidden under a tree in Goa. The four reach the spot somehow and after a lot of fights and arguments they run off with the money only to reach a stage where an event for orphans is being held. The people attending think that the four friends are here to donate generously and give them a thunderous applause. Their heart melts and they donate the money.
The movie is directed and produced by Indra Kumar and co-produced by Ashok Thakeria. The music is composed by Adnan Sami.
