Pari, played by Hetal Gada is a chirpy ten-year-old girl who loves her brother Chotu, played by Krrish Chhabria a lot. She always holds his hand and guides him everywhere they go, as he is visually impaired. They have their moments of sibling rivalry but above all they are support each other in everything.
The two go hand in hand to school telling each other stories. The stories have to be either about a Shahrukh Khan movie or a Salman Khan movie, since Pari is a fan of Shahrukh and Chotu a fan of Salman. Chotu is 8 years old and will soon be 9 in a couple of months. Pari had promised Chotu that before his 9th birthday he would be able to see again like everyone else. She doesn’t want to disappoint him but doesn’t know how to fix his eyesight. Incidentally she happens to see a poster of Shahrukh Khan where he is endorsing eye donation.
Seeing the poster as her ray of hope she starts writing letters to the star at his house in Mumbai. After several letters that go without reply, she soon realizes that he is not in Mumbai but in fact in Rajasthan shooting for a movie. Both children gather courage and big dreams to travel a 300kms journey to meet the star.
