Shiva is a generous and honest man who is always helpful to people in need. One day he rescues a man being targeted by a bunch of goons and takes him to a safe place. This angers the mafia dons Nandu Solanki and Iqbal Supariwala. They hatch a plan to put Shiva in trouble and get him involved in a web of lies and deceit. This leads to Shiva’s arrest. Shiva is seething with revenge. When his sentence is completed and he is released from jail, Shiva changes his name to Karma and also changes his look into a bearded man. He then happens to meet a man called Dharma, who has also been a victim of Solanki and Supariwala’s violence. Together they decide to bring the two gangsters down.
The movie is directed by Ravi Verma and produced by Shamjee B Patel and Gyanchand Chauhan. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the lyrics are written by Nawab Arzoo. The film’s story is written by Ravi Varma. The star cast includes Dharamendra, Jeetendra Kapoor, Rahul Roy, Rohit Kumar, Trishna, Karina Grover, Rajesh Shringarpure, Dan Dhanoa, Gajendra Chauhan, Sanjay Khan, Punit, Mohan Joshi and Upasana Singh.
