Ajay and Vijay are step brothers but they have no idea about it and dislike each other from the word go. Ajay is brought up in a wealthy family by his father while Vijay lives a middle class lifestyle. Vijay is desperately looking for a job and thus his girlfriend’s father gets him a job at the same company he is working at. Soon he realizes the company belongs to Ajay and his father. Ajay comes to know of this and tries to get his fired. Later Ajay’s father tells him that Vijay is his step brother and he should give half his property to him and his mother who he had left years ago. Vijay who also comes to know of his step brother wants to take revenge for leaving his mother in dire straits, but later realizes they have good intentions and they all unite.
The film is directed and produced by Anil Ganguli. The music is composed by Raam Laxman and the screenplay is written by Ram Kelkar. The star cast includes Akshay Kumar, Avinash Wadhawan, Ayesha Julka, Anupam Kher, Laxmikant Berde, Navin Nischol, Ajit Vachani,Suresh Chatwal,Annu Kapoor,Mac Mohan, Brij Gopal,Ram Mohan, Paresh Rawal, Dinesh Hingoo, Farheen, Raakhee and Anju Mahendru.
