Anand, played by Ajay Devgn is a devoted husband to Kavita, played by MahimaChaudhary, and a loving father to adopted daughter Neha. Years back Kavita had a miscarriage and was unable to have children of her own. One day an unknown lady starts meeting Neha in her school and talking to her. Neha likes her and calls her sweet aunty. She then brings her home and introduces her to her parents. The lady isNandita, played by Kajol, who asks to spend time with Neha. Kavita tells her to be her nanny and she agrees. Things turn haywire when Anand and Nandita come face to face and an old hidden secret with them both surfaces.
Turns out that Nandita and Anand know each other from before. They had met on a train when he saved her life from goons. Soon they become close and get intimate. Nandita got pregnant and Neha is her biological child. She gave her child for adoption and disappeared from Anand’s life. Kavita is horrified to know this. However Nandita sees that Neha is happy with her new family and leaves once again. The movie is directed by Prakash Jha and produced by Veeru Devgan and Veena Devgan. The music is composed by Jatin-Lalit.
