Rishabh, played by Salman Khan works in an ad agency. He is successful and laid back. He falls in love with Pari, played by Preity Zinta, who is a hard working doctor. He proposes to her and she accepts. Soon the two are married and Pari is expecting their first child. Pari dreams of having a multi-equipped hospital dedicated for children and works towards it. Unfortunately her dreams are never fulfilled, as she meets with a horrific accident and succumbs to her injuries in hospital. Her last wish was that her heart be donated to her patient Dhani, played by Bhumika Chawla. Reluctantly and sadly he goes ahead with her last wish and also builds a children’s hospital.

 

Dhani makes a full recovery and meets Rishabh. She is attracted to him but he has no feelings left for anyone. He misses Pari and is still in depression of her sudden passing. Rishabh has no idea that Dhani is the patient that was transplanted with Pari’s heart. Soon he comes to know this but Dhani falls ill. He confesses his love to her and asks her to come back to him if she truly loves him. She awakens and they both unite.

 

The movie is written and directed by Atul Agnihotri and produced by Sunil Manchanda and Mukesh Talreja. The music is composed by A.R Rahman and Himesh Reshammiya. The cinematography is by Kishore Kapadia.
