Rahul Khanna, played by Vinay Anand falls in love with Sonia, played by Pooja Batra and they both decide to get married in a lavish wedding. Soon the couple leave for their honeymoon and they have a good time. Sonia who is very ambitious and business minded, urges Rahul to start his own business independent of his father’s, which will allow him to stand on his own feet. Rahul takes her advice seriously and starts his own modeling agency. Rahul’s arch rival is Sanjeev Verma, who is extremely successful. Thus Rahul devices a plan to get more business, he hires a top model Roshni. Roshni however, sees her lost love Prem in Rahul and agrees to work for him.
Roshni is almost in a state of hallucination, where she takes Rahul to be her long lost lover Prem, played by Govinda. She is now obsessive and highly protective of him. She will not let anyone come in their way. This makes things a little tricky for Rahul and his own married life. The movie is directed by Rajat Rawail and produced by Mansoor Ahmed Siddiqui. The music is composed by Aadesh Shrivastav. The screenplay of the film is written by Raju Saigal, S M Ahale, Sachin Bhowmick and the dialogues are written by Javed Siddiqui, Bholu Khan and Aman Jafri.
