In the early 90’s life in Mumbai was very different than it is today. There were multiple bomb blasts, violence and discrimination rampant all over the city. The simplest of things became risky and dramatic for the common man. Survival in this kind of society where everything is looked upon with suspicion and danger becomes very tough. The story of the movie Dil Se Poochh Kidhar Jaana Hai, gives us a glimpse of such a society where nothing is what it seems.
The protagonist of the movie is in a dilemma as to which path to choose from. He finds his long lost love one fine day but unfortunately she is in the clutches of a powerful criminal called Ammaji, who is running a sex racket. When he tries to expose her and bring his love out of her captivity, Ammaji makes life a living hell for him. He has to now devise another plan to get what he wants before it is too late.
The movie is directed by Shrirang and produced by Suresh Picha Jain. The music is composed by Adesh Shrivastava. The cinematography is by Dharam Gulati and the choreography is by Vikram Borade. The star cast includes Aditya Shrivastava, Ashok Shinde, Vani Tripathi, Vineet Kumar, Abhijt Lahiri, Vijay Maurya, Lushin Dubey and Suhita Thatte.
