Kumar is a wealthy and flamboyant man, who is also a dotting father to his only son Ravi. He is protective of his son and his happiness and pampers him and never ever refuses him anything he wants. As Ravi grows up to be a handsome young man, he falls in love with a beautiful girl called Komal. Komal too falls for Ravi and soon they decide to get married. Ravi makes Komal meet his parents and they approve of her, however suddenly things take a drastic turn. When Kumar comes to know who Komal’s dad is, he is reluctant to ger Ravi married to her. He asks his son to forget Komal. Ravi who is never used to hearing a no from his dad, is shocked at his dad’s reaction. When Ravi finds out the real reason behind his father’s refusal, it will change his life forever.
