Sharda is a wealthy widow living with her only son Munna. She independently runs a huge company called Sharda Chemicals that has a huge turnover. Sharda then decides to get Munna married to her General Manager’s daughter Mamta. All goes well till the engagement day, but at the party, when hundreds of people are gathered, Mamta insults not only Munna and his mother but also his own father for forcing her into this marriage. The wedding is called off. Then tragedy strikes in the family when many children lose their lives after receiving a vaccine manufactured by Sharda Chemicals. Sharda is found guilty and sentenced to prison. Munna meanwhile is killed by the evil Gupta, who eventually takes over his property with his friends and renames the company as Friends and Company.
Mamta’s father meanwhile arranges her wedding with another wealthy man but turns out she is already pregnant. It is then revealed that Munna had survived Gupta’s attack and is now seeking revenge. The film is directed by Bapu and produced by Romesh Sharma. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Jackie Shroff, Danny Denzongpa, Farah, Romesh Sharma, Tanuja and Reeta Bhaduri.
