Shyam is brought up in a middle class household by his mother and patriotic father, who teaches him to be loyal to his country. Shyam falls in love with Radhika, the daughter of a wealthy minister Rajasaheb. On learning of his daughter’s affair, he is enraged and kills Shyam’s father. He then with the help of a corrupt officer frame Shyam of being involved with terrorists and is imprisoned. Shyam in despair and rage escapes prison, and wanders to hunt his enemies till he is taken under his wings by a terrorist called Dara. He changes Shyam’s name to Shaka and helps him get his enemies. Besides the police, also chasing him is Captain Ranvir who is assigned the task of capturing Shyam.
Captain Ranvir later falls in love with Radhika and asks his father to get them married. He agrees and prepares for the wedding. Soon Ranvir learns of Radhika and Shyam’s past and is now hell bent on first capturing Shyam and then having the wedding. The movie is directed by Harry Baweja and produced by ParanjeetBaweja. The star cast includes Ajay Devgan, Sonali Bendre, Madhoo, Shakti Kapoor, Gulshan Grover,AmrishPuri, ParmeetSethi, Akash Khurana,Ankush Mohit, Suresh Chatwal, Achyut Potdar,Pramod Moutho,Tinu Anand, Brij Gopal, Farida Jalal and Himani Shivpuri.
