Dolly Pandey, played by Nidhi Subbaiah is a bold and strong-headed girl who knows exactly what she wants. She is an extrovert and very adventurous, but she does not mingle too much with boys and wouldn’t want to get close to any of them. She has her own ideas of love. She especially garners a strong desire to be an established singer. She wants to see her father and the entire city to be proud of her skill and talent.
All seems to be going well for Dolly until she meets Vicky Shukla, played by Rajneesh Duggal and Kabir Bajpai, played by
Arjun Bijlani who bring a world wind of change in her. Vicky is daring, rugged and the president of ‘Kaashi Vidyapeeth’. He always has his revolver handy with him. Kabir is a wealthy and attractive boy who is confident and level headed. His education in Mumbai makes him confident and he organizes events and music fests in the city. He helps Dolly achieve her dream of being a singer.
Both Vicky and Kabir fall in love with Dolly during the course of their friendship but whom will she choose is a matter of time and circumstance. Direct Ishq is directed by Rajiv Ruia and produced by Pradeep Sharma. The music is composed by Vivek Kar, Tanishq and Raeth.
