Dolly, played by Sonam Kapoor is a con woman who marries men from different religions, cultures and communities, all which changing her own identity. She marries men as per the wealth they have and on the first night of the wedding she runs off with her loot. Her entire family is part of the fraud. She first marries Sonu, played by Rajkummar Rao. She pretends to be in love with them and flees.
When Dolly decides to run of after marrying Manjot, she slips and her photographs are exposed to the media, that’s when Robin Sharma, played by Pulkit Samrat comes in the scene. Robin is a police officer who decides to catch Dolly for good. While trying to con a prince, played by Saif Ali Khan Robin arrests her. Robin and Dolly incidentally knew each other from before. He helps her escape prison and they get married but she runs off from there too and hatches a plan with her old gang for her next victim in line.
Dolly Ki Doli is directed by Abhishek Dogra and produced by Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan. The music is composed by Sajid-Wajid.
