Don, played by Shahrukh Khan is the manager for Singhania, played byRajesh Khattar and he runs an illegal drug trade in Kuala Lumpur. Commissioner De Silva, played by Boman Irani is on the case and waiting to nab them. Don kills one of his associates Ramesh who was planning to leave his gang. His girlfriend Kamini is now helping the police to avenge her fiance’s death. She tries to seduce him one night but Don soon realizes she’s with the cops and kills her. Ramesh’s sister Roma, played by Priyanka Chopra now infiltrates Don’s gang to take revenge for their death.
Don goes into a coma when he is injured during the police chase. De Silva finds a look-a-like of Don called Vijay and asks him to help him. However Don dies in the hospital. Now Vijay joins the gang to get important information about Singhania and his gang. It is later revealed that the real Don killed Vijay in the hospital and made it look like he died. Don becomes powerful and the master of all illegal trades.
The movie is directed by Farhan Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Himmesh Reshammiya and Mithoon.
