Con artists Adi, played by Arshad Warsi, Roy, played by Ritesh Deshmukh, Boman, played by Ashish Chaudhary and Manav, played by Javed Jaffrey are four friends who are mostly up to no good in life. They cheat and rob people for a living and are always on the look out for a new victim.
While on one of their useless expeditions, Adi, Roy, Boman and Manav cross paths with their old enemy, Kabir, played by Sanjay Dutt, who is driving around in a swanky expensive car. On further investigation of his riches they discover that his wealth comes from his rich wife. Kabir, who is also a cunning guy is actually conning the four men instead.
Kabir hatches a plan to rob the four friends while the four men are busy finding ways to con Kabir, his girlfriend Kamini, played by Mallika Sherawat and his sister Kiya played by Kangana Ranaut. They make a plan to get Kabir into making them their business partners. Kabir and his gang pretend to be conned and in turn fool them.
