Dulha Mil Gaya is a 2010 Hindi romcom directed by Mudassar Aziz which stars Fardeen Khan, Sushmita Sen, Ishita Sharma and a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan. The movie narrated the story of a flamboyant irresponsible man who is forced in to marriage due to his fathers will after his death and the repercussions that follow afterwards. The movie was also the first Bollywood release of the year 2010.
The movie opens with carefree heir to a huge business empire who is against the concept of marriage. However his father’s death Will requires him to marry his friend’s daughter, which Donsai accepts reluctantly to inherit his family wealth. He after marriage elopes and never returns and then follows a series of revelation involving his wife and close friend which ultimately leads to their re-union. The movie was a typical Bollywood –ish love story but the writing and direction left much to be desired. Shah Rukh Khan practically had nothing to do in the possible mess of a movie too despite huge fan hype pre release. The movie was a major low farer at the theatre with minimum shows and had zero good reports from the critics. The movie was one of the biggest Bollywood flops of the 2000’s.
