Raja, played by Govinda, starts a dhaba in the complex of the luxurious hotel Maharaja International. The owner K.K Singhania, has recently bought the hotel and is furious to know that Raja has his dhaba attached to it. He tries various ways and tricks to make Raja leave the place, but it doesn’t seem to work. Soon Raja takes a fascination for his daughter Kiran, played by Raveena Tandon, who is already in love with Rahul. But her father refuses him right away. Singhania however also thinks that Rahul isn’t the man for Kiran as he is a suspicious character and has many vices but Kiran is relentless. Singhania later tells her that she can marry any other man without any problem from his side. So to play a trick on her father she starts an affair with Raja only to humiliate him later and choose Rahul.
Raja warns Kiran about Rahul’s character and Shinghania appreciates this. He now wants Raja as his son-in-law. The movie is directed and produced by Harmesh Malhotra. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The star cast includes Kader Khan, Johnny Lever, Mohnish Bahl, Prem Chopra, Rana Jung Bahadur, Asrani,Viju Khote, Sudhir, Manmoujee, Suresh Malhotra, Veeru Krishnan, Anil Nagrath, Anil Verma, Dinesh Hingoo, Anjana Mumtaz and Guddi Maruti.
