The movie is directed /produced by Madan Mohla starring Manoj Kumar, Hema Mailini in a dual role, released on 17th April 1976.
Inspector Shivnath (Om Shivpuri) is an honest officer in Mumbai who lives with his wife Radha and son Arjun(Manoj Kumar). During his service he arrests lots of people for thefts , drugs etc, does not know that his friend Karamchand is also into it before he takes action , Shivnath is arrest given a jail term, Radha hearing this goes insane. Arjun takes to petty thefts and becomes a Don of that area and is named Dus Numbri. He meets Rosemary Fernandes(Hema Malini) who is a petty thief , falls in love with her. When Radha meets her she thinks it is Sundari(Hema Malini) who is Karamchand”s wife, slowly regains her sanity . Arjun, Radha and Rosemary get entangled in some new plot.
