Oberoi and Singh are two families that have enmity running from generations against each other. This generation has brothers Suraj and Jai. Both are the opposite of each other. Suraj is a sober and responsible man while Jai lives the life of a gangster and plays with law every now and then. Suraj meanwhile falls in love with Sapna. Soon it is revealed that Sapna can never be a part of the Singh family as she is Oberoi’s daughter. However Sapna and Suraj convince the family to end their animosity and get them married. Soon all agree and Suraj goes to meet the Oberois.
To their surprise, The families agree to the marriage and the preparations begin. Soon Jai is attacked by goons and fatally wounded. Turns out the men were hired by the Oberois to kill the Singh family. Now Suraj has only revenge on his mind. The movie is directed by Shekhar Kapur and produced by Kareem Morani.
