Omkar is an honest and valiant municipal commissioner. He doesn’t tolerate nonsense and is always makes sure everyone does things according to the law. His only downfall is having a horribly bad temper. He gets in the way of underworld gangster Chandolha, who was planning to start many illegal businesses in Bombay but Omkar’s interference has crashed his dreams. Chandolha takes advantage of his bad temper and files a false complaint against him and Omkar is put into a mental asylum.
In the mental institution, Omkar is ill-treated and gives severe shocks, which affect his heath and mental health. It turns him in a vegetative state. Omkar somehow is able to recover and get into his normal heath again, thanks to his girlfriend Kiran. His friends and inmates try to kill the people who are responsible for Omkar’s condition. However, getting out of the high security mental facility will be no easy feat.
The movie is directed by M I Raj and produced by K Bagdadi. The music is composed by Shekhar Sharma. The cinematography is by Ram Singh and the action director is Mohan Pujari. The star cast includes Makrand Deshpande, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Kishori Godbole, Asrani, Anis Khan, Mushtaq Khan, Mahavir Shah, Razak Khan, Shehzad Khan,Arun Verma, Anjan Srivastava, Raza Murad and Kiran Kumar, Bhavana Rathod and Upsasna Singh.
