Rajiv Tandon is the son of wealthy widowed businessman Shankardayal. They live in a palatial home with a lavish lifestyle. Rajiv however is spoilt and spends his time and money in alcohol and womanizing. He is not interested in committing to marriage with any woman, but rather having fun with them and letting them go. His old and ailing dad passes away and makes a will wherein Rajiv will inherit his entire property only when he gets a son 18 months after his death. Rajiv is now in a fix, he runs from pillar to post to find a woman who will give him a son without adding the liability of marriage to their relationship.
The film is written, directed and produced by Vinod Pande. The music is composed by Khayyam and the screenplay is written by J P Dixit and Vinod Pande. The cinematography is by Nadeem Khan. The star cast inludes Raj Kiran, Mazhar Khan, Nitin Sethi, Rekha, Om Shivpuri, Yunus Perwaiz, Vinod Pande, C S Dubey, Surendra Pal, Marc Zuber, Urmila Bhatt, Helena Luke and Asha Sharma.
