Anand Mathur, played by Shekhar Suman is a top advocate but sometimes he can go overboard with his imaginations. One day while making a will for his client, he is busy reading the novel ‘The Godfather’ and gets a unique idea. He writes his clients will stating that in order to inherit this money and property the beneficiary have to be a big don. The beneficiary in question is Rahul Bhargav who is not in the least interested in being a don or being involved in nay criminal activities. His girlfriend Kanchan, played by Raveena Tandon, is a police officer and is very much interested in the money and property and this encourages Rahul to be a don.
A reluctant Rahul is helped and groomed by Kanchan into becoming a notorious don. She uses all her past experiences and dealings with several dreaded gangsters and criminals to help out her boyfriend become the best don possible. However little do the duo realize that their life is going to change forever and nothing will ever be the same. The movie is directed by Kundan Shah and produced by Pammi Sandhu. The music is composed by Anand Raj Anand.
