Chandni, played by Isha Koppikar is a loving and dedicated sister and daughter. She has never let her family down and always been an obedient daughter to her widowed father. One day when Chandni goes for a Ghazal competition she meets Prem, played by Sonu Sood, who is also a singer. They both fall in love and decide to spend the rest of their life together. However, fate had other plans for the love birds, as on the day of the couple’s engagement, Chandni’s father takes ill and dies. A devastated Chandni calls off the engagement. Her two siblings; a younger brother and sister are now in her care.
Chandni is in a huge dilemma as initially she wanted to leave her siblings with her aunt and uncle but when she realizes that they are only after their money she takes them back. Chandni decides to bring up her brother and sister all by herself and Prem decides to wait for her and helps her where needed. Eventually her siblings get well settled and Prem marries the love of his life Chandni after many years. The movie is directed by Kaushik Ghatak and produced by Ajit Kumar Bharjatya, Kamal Kumar Bharjatya and Rajkumar Bharjatya. The music is composed by Ravindra Jain.
