Narang and Murlidhar are two conniving businessmen who manipulate and con their third partner. They deal in illegal goods and smuggling of sorts. All this is witnessed by the loyal watchman Ramnath of the facility and he tries to stop them but sadly gets killed brutally by them. Ramnath’s wife and two sons are now abandoned and left to fend for themselves. Ramnath’s murder is cleverly classified as an accident and the managemnet thus refuses to pay any compensation to his family. Ramnath’s family relocates to another city, where his two sons grow up with their father’s murder very much in their memory. The boys now decide to avenge their father’s death.
The film is directed by Shashilal Nair and produced by V Sagar Bhagat. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji and the story and screenplay is written by Salim Khan. The Star cast includes Jackie Shroff, Mohan Bhandari, Raakhee, Madhavi, Supriya Pathak, Paresh Rawal, Anupam Kher, Shekhar Kapur, Akash Khurana, Kiran Kumar, Vikram Gokhale and Sadhana Singh.
