Based in the town of Thakurganj in Uttar Pradesh, Nunnu, played by Jimmy Shergill and Munnu, played by Nandish Singh are two brothers who are completely opposite of each other. They are different not only in personality and character but also in values and morals. Nunnu likes to take law in his own hands and do whatever he feels is best for him, while Munnu is a honest and law-abiding citizen, who doesn’t like to get into unnecessary trouble.
After Nunnu’s and Munnu’s father’s death, Nunnu takes over the family. He shoulders the resposibilty of making sure his family is well taken care of no harm comes to them. Thus he decides to become a dreaded gangster going by the name Bhaiyyaji of Thakurganj. He along with his wife Sharbati, played by Mahie Gill, run a huge extortion racket. They are living seemingly irresponsible lives which revolves around crime and violence. Things take a turn fir the worse when all the crime from around starts affecting them personally and things starts to spiral out of control.
The movie is directed by Manoj K Jha and produced by Ajay Kumar Singh. The music is composed by Sajid-Wajid.
