Arjun lives a poor lifestyle with his parents and sister in the village of Madhopur. They are terrorized by Suryanarayan Singh and are forced to leave and relocate elsewhere. Years later Arjun returns to the village to avenge the humiliation he and his family was subjected to but unfortunately ends up getting arrested for a murder and his father is killed by Dhurjan. He is given a life sentence. He then with the help of a bandit escapes prison and kills Dhurjan. They will have to play their cards very carefully to kill Suryanarayan, who has taken the help of a corrupt police officer.
The movie is directed by Lawrence D'Souza and produced by Gagan Chadha. The music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and the story is written by Talat Rekhi. The cinematography is by Lawrence D'Souza. The star cast includes Dharamendra,Raj Babbar, Farah Naaz, Sonu Walia, Kiran Kumar and Raza Murad.
